I am so happy I bought this. Since having twins, my Pee has been out of control, especially, when I am running. I thought my stress continence would ease up but it has remained the same since giving birth. I love to run and workout but it was getting very embarrassing at the gym. Also, just drinking more liquids I would have to make sure a bathroom was close. Blah. I have only had this for about a week and I am GITTY!!!! I have experienced a 30% improvement. I feel my girl area saying THANK YOU. AMAZING. Its quite comfortable for what it is doing in there too. I use coconut oil to lather up.

It was a little confusing to figure out how to use it at first. But it starts working immediately once inserted. I would definitely recommend using a lot of lube to make the experience more comfortable.

The pulsing was very strong, almost to the point of discomfort. It took some getting used to, and I had to distract myself with activities like playing games or reading the news to keep my mind off it. But as I continued using it, I did get more accustomed to the sensation.

Although its early, I do feel like there was a noticeable workout effect after using it. Time will tell if it delivers lasting benefits, but for now, it seems to be doing its job.

I really feel like this exerciser has significantly strengthened my pelvic floor muscles. It's important to start at the lowest intensity and gradually increase it to avoid overdoing it at first. I wasn't sure I was doing Kegel exercises correctly before, but with this, I'm convinced my pelvic floor muscles have significantly strengthened.

I decided to get this for my birthday which is next week. I was diagnosed with having prolapse and I've been searching for a surgery alternative. I came across this product and watched all the testimony videos and thought I would give this a try. It's still too early to tell but I certainly don't have to go to the bathroom as often as before. Despite it being my first week of use, I'm confident that it's going to work. It was a little awkward at first because I never used anything like it before. Update: I'm now in week 9 of my treatment and I had an appointment with my gynecologist. My prolapse was very visible but when he checked. He said that he didn't see a prolapse which was the best news that I could hope for! I don't have to hurry to the bathroom as often and I tell my doctor's and nurses what I've been doing.
